Mercedes LeAnza is an American film actress & producer. Born November 12 in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. She is of Spanish, Italian, Danish, Venezuelan and Trinidadian descent.

She and friend Sarah Louise Wilson (Actress/ Director / Writer/ Producer) founded their independent film production company Stella Bella Productions. The first film Mercedes LeAnza Produced & Acted with Stella Bella Productions Jelly (film), a John Hughes (filmmaker) themed romantic comedy starring Sarah Louise Wilson.

Sarah Jane Waddell is probably one of the most down-to-earth beauty queens that you’ll ever come across. Her lively spirit, warmth, humility, friendliness, compassion and straightforwardness are commendable.
The 26-year-old accomplished her dream of winning the 2014 Miss Trinidad & Tobago Word competition.In 2012, she participated in local leg of the Miss Universe pageant where she copped the third runner-up spot and was awarded the prize for “Fan Favorite”.

Currently holding the position of Account Executive at Ross Advertising, the professional equestrian also delves in copy writing and social media management. Before the world of advertising, she did work as an event coordinator and was also a strategic communications officer at the Trinidad & Tobago Ministry of Energy.

Jackiema was born and raised in Sandy Point on St Kitts Island. Describing herself as ‘Dynamic and optimistic’, she currently works at a bank and is saving up for her future in which she has dual aspirations to either train to become an attorney, or study to be a Dietitians. Aside from her career plans, Jackiema likes to play table tennis, to model, and to sing. She is an avid reader, citing the Harry Potter series as her all time favorites, and when it comes to music, she absolutely loves house music.

Sanya, a former Miss Jamaica Universe 2002, was named the “Sexiest Woman Alive for North America and the Caribbean” by Global Beauties, the leading authority on beauty pageants.  She was selected for this honor from a field of 260 candidates.  These candidates were the world’s most beautiful women who competed in Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International and Miss Earth during 2002.

Sanya appeared in the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides), alongside Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz.

Hosted annually in June, the Caribbean Style and Culture Runway Showcase is a fusion of fashion, music, and art while showcasing the best of Caribbean talent. First held in June 2009 to commemorate and celebrate National Caribbean American Heritage Month, CSC captures the flair, glamour, elegance, and authenticity of the Caribbean. Furthermore, it creates a platform for budding and prominent designers and models to expand their brand, build their network, and display their creativity and talent to the diaspora. Most importantly, the CSC Showcase seeks to recognize and award Caribbean Designers, Models, Photographers, and Makeup Artists for the significant contributions made to the arts and fashion industry in the region. In the past 10 years, the Caribbean Style and Culture Awards have certainly evolved into an all-encompassing cultural extravaganza that sees attendance from Caribbean Diplomats and other Officials of the Diaspora. To date, our proudest moment was to be honored by the presence of the First Lady of Guyana, Mrs. Sandra Granger, who hailed the event as important in the recognition of the work of Caribbean artists in the fashion industry. As we continue in our growth, we aim to ensure that Caribbean artists are continually given a platform to grow and develop their talents.
