Ultimately her career goal is to be the best she can at whatever she does and to build a business empire.

RICI is a Vincentian lipstick brand which is considered to be innovative and different to the local market. RICI offers high quality, long lasting matte lipsticks. At inception, the company introduced a line of traditional matte sticks. However, the demand for liquid lipsticks quickly surpassed that of the traditional lipstick and their sales plan has since been directed to their waterproof masterpieces. She now has over 24 liquid lipstick and gloss shades. RICI prides itself on professionalism, reliability and an unmatched customer service. Their free delivery across St. Vincent is greatly appreciated by many. RICI products are retailed at all Massy Stores (SVG), Naj Beauty supplies and online at ricicosmetics.com.

As a role model to many adolescents, Caricia has used her skills to deliver motivational and business advice to students from various schools including the Kingstown Technical Institute and the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College. In November 2007 she was awarded Searchlight’s Newspaper, YUTE model of the month.

Caricia attributes her accomplishments to God and her family and close friends have also played instrumental roles in her business and personal development.

Her favourite quote; “Strength is our tenacity. One quote we greatly adore is “strength grows in the moments when you think you can’t go on, but you keep going anyway – Unknown.”

“Follow your dreams, DREAM BIG! Whatever goal you set out to achieve, you must first believe; believe that with a little faith, things become possible.”
